| Dr. Bianco is Chief of the Thyroid Section at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He attended the Dante Alighieri College in São Paulo, received his M.D. from Santa Casa Medical School and a Ph.D. in human physiology from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He is currently a member of the Board of the American Thyroid Association and his honors include the Van Meter award of the American Thyroid Association and membership in the American Society for Clinical Investigation. He is also a recipient of the LATS Prize of the Latin American Thyroid Society, of which he is a former Secretary. |
